Evil Queen RP Prompt


It's been ten weeks. Ten whole weeks since she's taken over. When it first started, no one wanted to believe it. Magic? Real? Everyone denied it, said those clouds overhead were just a storm and not the oncoming destruction of everything well known.
After the clouds came the news. The dead had come back. No, not zombies. Vampires, and evil spirits looking for a vessel to posses. Demons, even, but they only followed her and her alone. A dark sorceress who claimed to come from an alternate world, and since she was denied passage to the throne in her world, she'd claim this world's.
The rumors spread fast, over the country and soon the whole kingdom knew. It wasn't enough though. No matter how many soldiers the king threw at the army of the Dark Queen, they were slaughtered, and turned to where they would serve her. It was never ending.
That wasn't the worst, however. Her powers corrupted the very land she touched, the darkness rooted deep in her magic poisoning everything...until people's shadows started turning on them. That's how it ended. Under her orders, the very shadow of the king killed him in his sleep, and she took the throne with a smile.

Now here we are, the kingdom - while not thriving - surviving under her care. It could've been passed off as everyday life had there not been fear of deadly shadows or a vampire turning someone in a fit of bloodlust. That, and the fact that everyone had to acknowledge that magic existed. Thus, we come to our point in time. Where you are now, seeing not one - but TEN - demons sent to bring you to her.


Exactly what are you going to do now?









Notes/Important things:
1: The races are divided. Elves(minus Dark elves and Drow), humans, Nagas/Lamias, harpies, and Kitsunes were the original "light-dwellers" while vampires, werewolves, Demi-dragons, Dark elves, Drow, fallen angels, and demons are loyal to the Dark Queen. Dridders, Demi-dragons, and other races aren't really on either side. They just wanna survive. Feel free to pick any of these at all.

2: NOTHING above PG-13. NADDA. Sure, there can be romance. There is likely gonna be torture, but I will NEVER go above PG-13. KNOW THAT WELL.

3: Your character can know a bit of magic, just remember - magic was introduced ten weeks ago officially and accepted to be true. For your character to be a master at it or something, they'd have to have come over with the Dark Queen, or some other very good reason. Please mention if your character uses magic, and why they know it. We gotta make this realistic.

4: Detailed. Responses. Please. I try really hard to give my RP's 100%, even if I'm a turtle at responding sometimes. I never want to respond with something bad, so please give me your all. PLEASE.

5: Tell me about your character. Are they a noble? A farmer? Maybe a soldier or mercenary? Heck, are they a librarian? Tell me everything, or describe your character in your starter. I like getting to know your characters. It's fun!
